Switch to ohmyfetch and consider Nuxt 2 Bridge #54

As suggested in #53 we should adopt ohmyfetch and try building upon nuxt 2 brdige for better Nuxt 3 compatibility.

However, we should keep 1.x stable with axios and do this change as part of a new 2.x branch to avoid BC issues with 1.x.

We'll go with nuxt/kit and the built-in unjs fetch with 2.x / nuxt 3 compatible version, so I think we can close this.
