major overhaul of pyLSV2 to make it easier to maintain and extend in the future:

• store data in objects instead of dictionaries
• use enum values instead of magic numbers and strings
• rename functions to better indicate their use and shorten code
• type hints for parameters and return values
• rework low-level network stuff to make it easier to maybe later add support for rs232
• custom exceptions and better error handling
• dropped support for python 3.3 and below
• use context manager to establish connection
