Figure out if we want to implement voting for a content and how.

Make use of Flag or Voting API. If a widget like 5 stars is favoured better to go for Voting API. A first draft port of Flag for D9 and implementation for Image and Video CT exists in this branch https://github.com/drupal-celebrations/celebrate-drupal-9/tree/flag-based-vote
