Project is not created from commitlog (Example: master_ui) #8

After pushing code to a new repository (https://www.drupal.org/project/master_ui) the project is not available on http://drupal-packagist.webflo.io/packages/drupal/master_ui although it was/is listed in https://www.drupal.org/commitlog/feed .

I think the update process is fairly stable nowadays.
