We can not see, if the drupal-composer site got my changes like "Update" button.

I do think a login to https://packagist.drupal-composer.org with the Drupal.org account, could let you do some more checks.

For now you can see some time it's not showing some of your releases in packagist.drupal-composer.org but some are in.
