Add sudo to cli/drush images. #29

When running tests from command line one usually needs sudo to run them as ww-data/apache/... user.

Now I am thinking.... It might make sense to have a separate image for tests. Would be nice to have a browser in there to support --browser etc. I am happy to work on that in case that would be preferred.
