Term conditions architecture #107

Since, we want to compare Ukrainian community stat with another countries - we have to make changes to our widgets code.

  1. All widgets that were displayed at HP would be moved to the users_list:taxonomy_term pages.
  2. Ukraine would be one of the term pages.
  3. All widgets now have to filter data by country parameter that is stored at taxonomy_term object.
  4. Term object became required context at the widget config.
  5. Additional filters have to be implemented to the each widget at the model section.
