Make project logo. #111

Now, project uses logo from drupal.ua. We have to implement new logo, based on druplicon with honor places at the background. Something like this but with the Druplicon at the top :) Main idea is to combine druplicone with statistics bar. 1343855682_t5tpdruwc8qk1jv

We've changed colors a bit and will add title now. Question. Care to change naming? pipidorg sounds a bit awkward :)
