DrupalCampLA is the weekend of August 5-6, and I'd like to see more of an inclusion conversation happening here. For this reason, I've proposed two panels:

Fostering Diversity in the Professional Drupal Community

Finding a Work-family Balance as a Drupal Professional

I would love feedback in the following areas:

1. Any thoughts/resources/pitfalls I should be looking out for or including
2. Whether or not they should remain separate panels, or be merged into one
3. If anyone who is/will be in the area wants to be part of either or both panels, or knows someone to whom I should reach out
