I would like some feedback on the Github structure (from specific teams or from the overall meeting - Github Structure issue #60

Should we do anything for local camps? For example, govcon has been taking submissions since DrupalCon and at least two of us want to submit something but have no ideas. Ones that have BOFs are easier (a BOF for xyz group), but what about when you have to submit an actual talk?
