Add license to this repo #71

For this repo, since it's not software, maybe a Creative Commons license?

For other repos we could maybe choose multiple licenses since some are part content, part software. https://choosealicense.com/non-software/

Actually for this particular repo, if we ignore the docs WIP folder and just consider the design assets and meeting minutes, maybe https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ would be better.

Even for the docs WIP folder, the license doesn't stop pull requests :) so I made a PR to add that license to the repo.
