Hi @drnikki could you merge these content team meeting notes when you get a chance?

cleverington and I figured that we should have a structure like working-docs/team-name/ for the specific team files. So this is working-docs/content-team/meeting-notes/2016-05-26.md.

Please let me know if you think it should be different though :)
