Write-in answers for data collection? #43

In terms of data collection from the survey, is having questions with the possibility of write-in answers ideal?

I'm not sure if it's ideal from a data collection perspective, but it's the best we can do right now from an "include everyone" perspective, so we'll learn from the outcome for the next iteration.
