Upgrade PHP 8.1 to 8.2 #403

Remaining tasks:

  1. [x] Run a full legacy migration on localhost. Check that if it runs without any problem.
  2. [x] Upload the result (DB dump, files) on to druphungary.dev@staging-5196.prod.hosting.acquia.com/home/druphungary/backup/prod/default/
  3. [x] Run the CirceCI again. This should fix the broken test_updatedb task.
