Creating a new page/view for a listing page to showcase Volunteers #159

Create a new role Volunteer.
Create a new page/view to show all the Volunteers role users with their name linking to their Drupal.org profile.
Remove the code where we automatically assign Speaker role to any new user created (Find it in the custom module).

Made some fixes to the PR: https://github.com/drupalpune/campsite/pull/162

This news needs theming. Make it look good, that's all we need as we don't have design for this. Maybe take inspiration from any International Drupal camp or conference sites.

Please note: The username in the view is a link. Right now, it doesn't make it feel like it is a link. Make it blue so that users know it is a link and can click it.

@Prashant114606 I have updated the users on the Pantheon dev site. Please pull the changes, and you will be able to see the profiles view.
