Create a view to list down Meet Track Team #167

Maybe we'll use Tailwind CSS to create a themed HTML to show the track persons.

Implementation details:

  1. Create a landing page.
  2. In the landing page's body change the formatter to Full HTML.
  3. Create a structure with dummy data which can look somewhat like this: https://events.drupal.org/barcelona2024/meet-track-team

@siddharth7998 has created an example content on dev. I will update it with proper content and push it live.
