Membership Subscription and Subscription Renewal #36

Please implement a custom subscription entity type with subscription types as bundles, which can be connected to the user.

The subscription entity type with the bundle has been created. And a basic form with subscription select has been implemented to test the creation of a subscription.

TO DO: this entity type and member subscriber service has to be implemented with Drupal Commerce and the Order Processing of a user.
