Project layout changes #2

I've changed the layout, moving the web root under docroot/ so we can add additional files such as sql dumps & other stuff. I'm following this layout: http://lullabot.github.io/drupal-boilerplate/ but to keep things simple, for now, only the minimum stuff was added.

db is clean, only the admin user exists now.
