http://10.0.0.81/global-training/registration : Breadcrumb should be Home > Global Training > Registration instead of Home > Global Training Registration

There should be a Global Training page (http://10.0.0.81/global-training/) for it to appear in the breadcrumb.

I added http://10.0.0.81/global-training as the path alias for http://10.0.0.81/node/2
