Add and configure cookie compliance module #86

Coookies needs to be accepted by the user clicking on accept button.

Agree button: I agree

Color of text: white Color of the background: #2b82ac

1) What should be the text of the Disagree button (ex. No, give me more info)? 2) Where should appear the popup (at the bottom or at the top of the page)? 3) What should be the popup height in pixels? 4) The privacy policy link should be opened in new window? 5) Where should appear the privacy policy link, in the text of the popup or on the disagree button?

  2. On the bottom of the page
  3. As you consider that it will look nice
  4. Yes
  5. It should be on the text of the popup. (terms and conditions)
