Problem/Motivation

Recent interviews and research exposed pain points around Drupal's admin experience of looking and feeling dated.

Proposed resolution

Implement new table styles to create a favorable first impression of Drupal for evaluators and a better user experience for site authors. No functional differences.

• Figma says "not finished". Is this issue ready for development, or it's just left there?
• Table sort indicator's hover/focus/active/etc. states are unspecified (or are unclear).

Sorry for the confusion, I just moved the "not finished" to the Table sort indicator (#46 ), which is not ready because the states you were saying are not defined yet. But the default table styles (paddings, borders, header...) are finished.
