Password policy patch for issue #2975694 was committed in 03ec42b7f8d50b44ddad3362af23b0b51973cb25.

nathanpw commented 3 years ago

@kieran-github we update 3.0-beta1 of password policy too (so we don't need the patch)? If there is no more patches we can loosely define it in composer so we get updates as they come out.
