Users should be able to submit a writing prompt #400

Next to the input there should be a checkbox (disabled for those not logged in) asking if you want to attach your name to the writing prompt.

After submitting a writing prompt, anyone should be able to see it's #show and only the owner should be able to see its #edit, #update, #delete, etc.
