Either straight up/down or with positive/negative categories like Interesting / Unique / Boring / Repost/whatever, etc. If we go with categories we have additional filtering capabilities and would let users be able to browse just interesting, or just clever, or just exciting, etc instead of just top/hot/new.
Either way, we want to give each prompt a score (or set of scores) for ranking in #402
