Users should be able to upload, browse, add, and copy content templates #426

After https://github.com/drusepth/Indent/issues/387, we should let advanced users upload their own JSON content type blobs that we'd validate and then:

  1. Let them use it
  2. Let them share it publicly, where others can browse, view, and/or choose to use it
