This PR contains the cautionary modules profile to be utilized when running a check on cautionary modules instead of having to run multiple policies.

I'm confused about this PR. It says there are 41 files changed yet most of these files were added here: https://github.com/drutiny/content/commit/26398c25e2db6046ee9e0497b66e044b5ff38c9c

Odd, it must have compiled the two together. I'll cancel this and do a new PR.
