Gitpod / DDev issues #14

Describe the bug

Old DDev version and Gitpod scripts are causing the install to break and throw errors.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://gitpod.io/#https://github.com/druxt/cms.druxtjs.org
  2. Wait
  3. See error

Expected behavior

Drupal should install correctly.
