Update all nuxt modules to use @nuxt/kit

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Vue 2 is EOL and Druxt needs to be updated for Nuxt 3 / Vue 3, and as part of that process it needs all modules to be updated to use @nuxt/kit
