we should be putting out more double sided meshes #15

Whatever heuristics we're using to decide of we can put out a single double sided mesh vs a single-side front and back mesh is clearly too conservative.

I've now added a flag for this, and made it the default, so am closing this out for now.

If we do revisit it, though, we need to look at the heuristic and compare not just colors but textured materials.
