Defer from racism in cucumber-js attitude towards Belorussian and Russian people #26

Documentation of cucumber.io is not available to Belorussian and Russian people in a form of blocking access to web-site. Unavailability of service is a clear form of racism. Slovenians race is not good enough to access web-site.

Since this plugin is for formatting feature files people might think that I share same vision.

Probably add some disclaimer or something to clearly state that this plugin does not share racist view of some of the cucumber-js maintainers.
