As the subject says. The download for Windows is only for the x64 ARM platform. Not usable for any normal Window machine.

Github release system does not allow me to upload compiled binaries for ~3 days already (https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/112850).

I uploaded files to my OneDrive and put link to it into release page. https://github.com/drweb86/butil/releases/tag/2024.03.16
