Support tickets are ignored for monthes. Probably Microsoft fired workers of github. Not possible to resolve issue or get even an automated response for release system. https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/112850

Gitlab investigate?

If within 1 weak up to 13.04 it won't be fixed, let's don't use Github release system. Just put news and releases on my web-site instead.

Github release system was phased out. Hope MS will hire someone to keep github site running.
