Add support for the tilt-5 #64

It would be nice if tabletop-club supported the tilt-5. I think that drwhut has the skills to take the c-api and port it to godot and is our best shot at getting something like tabletop-simulator working with the tilt-5.

With their permission I'd like to set up a bountysource (bountysource changed how they work, need to investigate alternatives) to subsidize them buying a tilt-5. I intend on posting this issue to discord and a few other places.

Is that something you'd be interested in drwhut? I'm not in a position financially to outright buy a second tilt5, but I'm hopeful some community members would support this issue as well.

Hey! Thanks for posting an issue about this.

I had no idea that device existed, and it looks really cool! However, I'm not sure if I'm comfortable having money being spent on this game at this point in time - I've just come back from a really long break from making the game, and I'm not in a position where I can guarantee that the money would be put to good use.

With that being said, if anyone has this device, feel free to try and make a Godot plug-in to support it! If one is made, and it is well supported, I would happily include it in the game :)

They haven't quite released the C SDK yet, but when that happens I imagine a godot plugin will happen. Some people in the community have also mentioned the possibility of getting a unit into the hands of some of the people working on openXR support for godot.
