Webclips Error #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Safari. Any webpage
2. Click the plus button and than Add to Homescreen
3. Click Add

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The icon should be added to home screen. Instead it says "Cannot add to 
homescreen because an 
error occurred" 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1
1.1.3

I updated to 0.5.2 and that got solved.... though my camera app is not 
working... help please!!!!
