Verify quality of connector post-structure changes to XML format. #9

Verify that parsing and exporting works after the <nettype> and <srcunitsys> 
tags have changed the structure of the XML file.

XML file exporter and XML string exporter have discrepancies.  Sync them back 
up and make a unit test to ensure they are always producing equivalent results.

Organized the two so they are mirror copies of one another, save for one 
exports to files, and the other exports to a String.
