Add openjdk12 #51

We're wanting to test forwards compatibility and Shippable is lagging behind on having OpenJDK 12 support (compared to say, TravisCI).

In moving forwards, perhaps it may make sense to drop some JDKs (Oracle JDK8? OpenJDK 10? OpenJDK7?).

There would always be the option for people to specify u16javall:v7.2.4 if they did want any of those.

Over a year. Now we can add JDK 13,14 and 15 to what's missing.

Oh... how we laughed when Shippable got bought by JFrog... A great service becomes a service that really no body is going to start using if they have any sense.

I really would not give JFrog any money on the basis of this behaviour.
