Improve README #31

@solnic As we talked.

Here is a simple update for the README I would suggest really improving the documentation here http://dry-rb.org/gems/dry-logic/ there are many Predicates or Operations that can be documented.

I'll be happy to improve the documentation, maybe we could use this PR for ideas for documentation

Hmm, given that you sent a PR with better docs on the site, we could just reduce README to bare minimum and provide links to docs, and maybe to dry-validation and types too, as examples of projects where this is used. WDYT?
