Necessary to get this project setup with safe defaults and -- more importantly -- give us the professional tooling necessary to start development. :tada:

Generated with Gemsmith 20.3.0.
Used Dry Monads as a template to fold in team specific information such as URLs, funding, etc.

:information_source: Amended commit to account for gemspec required ruby version so it is set to >= 3.0.0 to match documentation brought up in code review.
