Fix specs #34

The specs don't seem to be working now as not all gems can be found. Upgrade was needed.

OT: I don't understand the README where it says: cd spec/dummy, there is no spec/dummy in this repo, am I missing something? Do you have a good example on how to use this gem?

Hi @ecoologic, thank you for the PR, this is how we've gone about fixing the build for Rubinius in other repositories https://github.com/dry-rb/dry-container/pull/31/files

As for examples, sorry but we don't have any simple tutorials or anything of the like at the moment, but you can check out icelab/berg which uses dry-web-roda
