Two or three times now I've seen failures that suggest outline is trying to interfere with archive.is

outline.com is definitely blocking archive.is from getting more than a blank page - or sometimes a generic error message.

further, via.hypothes.is doesn't archive outline.com URLs, but acts as a sort of pass-through.

this may be resolved currently.

I'm still getting really mixed results, and no pattern has emerged as of yet.

Seriously, what the actual fuck? Works flawlessly one moment, not the next. The target website seems not to matter either.

Pushing to 0.7.0 because I still have no clue.

whatever the original issue, outline ultimately blocked .today entirely.
