System Alert Auto-respond #12

System alerts can / do interfere with automated tests. The UI should provide a way to specify automatic responses to system alerts, so that they can be dismissed ASAP to reduce test breakage / interference.

Watching of syslog is now builtin, and used to switch to default video for showing system alerts.

As a result, system alerts are already being detected now, so some of the groundwork for this issue is already done.

This has been implemented. Alerts to be automatically responded to can be added to the alerts setting of provider. See default.json config of ios_remote_provider.
