Draft: Discord Badge - Githubissues

This adds a Discord Badge to the qi project's README and attempts to resolve #119 .

Here is a screenshot:

Currently the badge is not resolving for some reason.

This PR is currently in draft state and I have to squash the three commits.

Why did ABE Lincoln dislike capitalism at Christmas time?

Because he believed in the Union, but every year the North Pole had a monopoly on giving

Why did ABE Lincoln start a gardening business?

Because he wanted to show that in a capitalist society, you can make a lot of "green" by "freeing" the plants

Can I file this PR on my taxes?

I diverge and I hereby, relinquish my rights to this Discord badge one liner in the form of a pull request contribution to the qi project.
