hdfs command dont work #1

hi i'm new in hadoop. when i run command <hdfs dfs -mkdir /user/> , i get this error: /usr/bin/env: ‘bash’: No such file or directory please help me to solve this error

when i run above command my linux PATH destroy and another commands doesnt work
