Some whiz-bang image of the month. A neat data viz or a nice pic of someone with something to do with the feature story.

Feature story

The feature story segment could be a more detailed writeup of a resource, a case study or interview/profile of a data journalist.

Links list

The links list is a list of links with a short 1-2 sentence description of what's on the other side of the click and why it's good or interesting.

These could be anything including: interesting data-stories, new tools, other blogs or newsletters of interest, etc.

Education

A short list of interesting courses, MOOCs, or relevant tutorials.

Meet a news nerd - Interview/Profile Stories/Data Viz you should check out this month - List of stories What data journalists are talking about - A link about processes/blog posts people write. Courses - A short list of interesting courses, MOOCs, or relevant tutorials. Try this dataset - A dataset that could be fun to play with. Try this tool/library/repo - Introduce journos to a tool or library or open source code that exists.
