Wayland support? #26

I'm still a little rusty regarding the Chromium architecture, but should 
chromium-wm be able to act as a Wayland compositor?

I know Intel is working on Wayland support within Chromium itself. I just don't 
know if that is a separate effort or if this ends up being a duplicate / 
redundant request.
