Large numbers rounded incorrectly #19

Every large number is rounded to the billions in the foreign aid expenditures chart, which makes most countries have a population of 0.0B, and spending is reported inaccurately

I think dimple does that to make the information easily digestible.

You are right though. The pop-up should show more specific numbers provided it doesn't look terrible. Will look into it.
