We will want to evaluate different options..

1.) tar 2.) squashfs 3.) pkgng 4.) macOS pkg installer (assuming GNustep has something similar)

Things to consider whether to package:

/System -> tools-make -> libs-base -> libs-gui -> libs-back -> GWorkspace -> SystemPreferences

/Local -> Terminal -> TextEdit

/etc/GNUstep.conf

/usr/share/skel/GNUstep /usr/share/skel/dot.*

/opt
