Modified the find command to discover more renderer files.

Hi Danny,

the plural ones are the renderers.php files in other themes. I'd rather keep them excluded, particularly as I have multiple themes with such files that might clutter up the results. I wasn't intentionally excluding the ones created by other people as I didn't actually realize there were any other themes using them included with Moodle, I just wanted to exclude my own renderers.php files. I went and had a look to see if there was anything worth copying, but the interesting stuff mostly revolves around simplifying the output for iPhones, so not directly applicable.

The liboutputrenderers.php on the other hand is a definite oversight, I'll update this file and the two more recent ones to take that into account.
