What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. chrome 25 has been updated to protcol version 13
2. servers can not recived msg until close connections
3. use sha1 and add magic string 258EAFA5-E914-47DA-95CA-C5AB0DC85B11

hope to solve my problems after handshake that cannot recive msgs in server
