Keyboard Navigation of CPO UI - dropdowns don't work #92

The space bar does the right thing, in terms of toggling the menu on and off. However, once it's visible I should be able to navigate via arrow keys. This is true for both the Pyret and Run Options menus.

The Main (aka Bonnie) and File submenus are now traversible by tabbing (not arrows).

Tabbing is great - don't worry about arrows. However, I'm seeing odd behavior (Chrome/OSX): tabbing to Bonnie automatically opens the submenu, so continuing to tab drops me inside of it. Have you tested this out with Sina? Until he signs off, this item isn't done.
